About Myra
Myra is a strategist for owner-led businesses, but she did not arrive here through formal pathways or inherited frameworks. She is largely self-taught, shaped by long exposure to real work, real consequence, and repeated problem-solving across industries.

She began working young and learned early that competence is built, not granted. Over time, that translated into a habit of learning by immersion— reading widely, asking direct questions, and reverse-engineering how things actually function. That approach has followed her through every phase of her career: founding and operating multiple businesses, working inside real estate development and construction, managing complex projects, and building companies under constraint rather than ideal conditions.

Across those environments, she developed a consistent way of thinking: step back, identify the system, locate the bottleneck, and act. She trusts both data and pattern recognition, and is comfortable making decisions without perfect information. The market— not effort or intention— has always been the final test.

Myra is an avid reader and a fast processor of information, with enduring interests in geopolitics, systems, and human behavior. Outside of work, she is deeply grounded: happily married to her best friend, a committed parent, and someone who values responsibility and steadiness over performance. Training German Shepherds is one of her favorite disciplines— less for the dogs themselves than for what the process demands: clarity, consistency, leadership, and calm authority. These traits inform how she works with clients. She is direct, observant, and structurally minded. She works best with capable owners who are thoughtful, overloaded, and at an inflection point— when the business no longer fits the way it was originally built.

Myra works exclusively with small businesses because she believes in their role in healthy communities and accountable economies. Her aim is not growth for its own sake, but businesses that are clear, durable, and aligned with the people who run them.
